Each guest is greeted by the chime of our shaker. We are a cocktail bar and full-service restaurant, located through a secret door adjacent to The Living Room. The culinary offerings are of both French, New Orleans and West Indies-inspired flavors. We celebrate the art of enjoyment.
Reservations are required and hotel guests receive priority.

The private breakfast room, for hotel guests only, serves breakfast and lunch in an inviting and chic ambiance. It offers the intimacy of a guesthouse with fanciful treats from our esteemed culinary program.
Monday–Sunday : 6 a.m. to 11:30 a.m
A warm and intimate parlor space for hotel guests to gather or linger with coffee, tea, and cocktail service offered at select dayparts. Craft cocktails are offered to enjoy in the intimate gathering space or taken up to your room. Sip tea over a great novel, observe the collection of art and artifacts while noodling over our art compendium, or huddle with others over a glass of wine and some cheese pairings offered gratis.

Just next door to Maison Metier, Brutto Americano is a hidden gem where Italian tradition meets modern Southern flair. Under the direction of Chef Brian Burns, handmade pastas and fresh Gulf seafood take center stage, reimagined with bold, contemporary character. The wine list favors the vineyards of Italy and the West Coast’s small producers, while the cocktail program nods to the timeless sophistication of Milan and Rome.
